VowLens has three one-time package prices: Keepsake is £29, Signature is £49 and Heirloom is £79. Every package includes guest photo and video uploads, a private wedding gallery, QR code access, no app for guests and no guest sign-up.
Is VowLens a subscription?
No. VowLens is a one-time purchase for your wedding, not a monthly or annual subscription. Your package includes a set storage period: 3 months with Keepsake, 6 months with Signature and 12 months with Heirloom.
Which package is best for most weddings?
Signature is the best fit for most weddings. It includes up to 2,000 uploads, 60-second videos, voice messages, written guest messages, favourites, slideshow highlights, 6-month storage and premium templates.
What is included in Keepsake?
Keepsake is the simple digital memory collection package. For £29, it includes a private gallery, up to 500 uploads, 30-second videos, 3-month storage and a basic QR sign template.
What is included in Heirloom?
Heirloom includes everything in Signature, plus printed materials delivered before the wedding: one A4 sign and ten A6 QR cards. It also includes unlimited uploads under fair use, 90-second videos, 12-month storage and a launch bonus hardcover keepsake photo book created from up to 50 favourites from your gallery using a standard layout.

Yes. VowLens can be a thoughtful wedding gift for a couple who wants to keep more of the candid moments from their day. If someone is gifting VowLens, they can choose the package and include the couple’s wedding details during setup.
Why couples choose VowLens

Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests use VowLens through their phone browser. They scan your QR code, open your upload page and share their photos, videos or messages without installing an app.
Do guests need to create an account?
No. Guests do not need to create an account, remember a password or sign in. The experience is designed to be simple for the whole guest list.
What can guests upload?
Guests can upload photos, short video clips and written messages. Signature and Heirloom also include voice messages, so guests can leave spoken memories as well as visual ones.
How long can guest videos be?
Video length depends on your package. Keepsake includes videos up to 30 seconds, Signature includes videos up to 60 seconds and Heirloom includes videos up to 90 seconds.
Is the gallery private?
Yes. VowLens is designed around a private wedding gallery, not public social media sharing. Guest uploads are collected in one dedicated place for your wedding.
What happens when our storage period ends?
Your package includes a clear storage period, giving you time to enjoy your gallery and download the memories you want to keep. We recommend downloading your photos, videos and messages before your storage period ends, so you can save them somewhere permanent.
What happens if we reach our upload limit?
Each package has a clear upload allowance. Keepsake includes up to 500 uploads, Signature includes up to 2,000 uploads and Heirloom includes unlimited uploads under fair use. If you expect a very active guest list, Signature or Heirloom will give you more breathing room.
Is VowLens a replacement for a photographer?
No. VowLens is designed to sit alongside your photographer, not replace them. Your photographer captures the key moments beautifully, while VowLens helps you collect the candid guest perspective from around the room.
Can guests upload after the wedding?
Yes, guests can still use your VowLens QR code or upload link while your upload window is open. This is useful for guests who want to share photos from their camera roll the next day.
What does fair use mean for Heirloom?
Heirloom includes unlimited uploads under fair use, meaning it is designed for normal wedding guest use rather than unusually high-volume or non-wedding file storage. It gives couples maximum flexibility while keeping the service fair and reliable.
What is included in the Heirloom photo book?
The Heirloom launch bonus includes a hardcover keepsake photo book, sized 20x15cm, created from up to 50 favourites from your gallery using a standard layout. It is a simple physical keepsake, not a bespoke album design service.
